Cancellation Policy
Policy
A deposit is required to book your appointment.
Please wait for a confirmation message before arriving.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advanced you will be automatically charged a fee of 25% of your total price.
No call/no show counts as a completed appointment, and you will be charged the full price.
There is a 10-minute grace period; after that, the deposit will be used as a late fee, and you will pay the full price.
Appointments outside regular hours will incur an extra convenience fee on top of the deposit.
If you reschedule less than 24 hours ahead of time your deposit will be considered a rescheduling fee.
